INVESTMENT
I’ve reviewed Jessica Leigh Photography’s all-inclusive pricing structure. I understand that for $550, I receive a custom lifestyle photography session, at least 75 unique high resolution digital images in both color and black and white and one (1) complimentary 8″ x 8″ 20-page standard album designed by Jessica Leigh Photography.
ALBUM
A custom 8″ x 8″ 20-page standard album (valued at $125) is included with the photography session for newsletter subscribers. Jessica Leigh Photography is responsible for designing the album with the top 25-40 images from the session. All layouts and images are carefully chosen by Jessica Leigh Photography and will beautifully represent the memories made at the session.
If you wish to upgrade with a $125 credit to a premium 8″ x 8″ ($250) or 12″ x 12″ ($400) album, please let Jessica Leigh Photography know by checking the box below. You may change your mind at any time until one (1) week after the delivery of your online digital image gallery.

Additional albums at the a la carte price may be ordered up to one (1) year after the session date. A 20% discount exists for orders placed within one (1) week after the delivery of your online digital image gallery.
DELIVERY
All digital images are delivered electronically via download from an online, password-protected gallery within 2-3 weeks from the session date.
The custom album is fulfilled monthly and hand-delivered. Jessica Leigh Photography will confirm the specific delivery date when your digital image gallery is sent.
SESSION DATE
FAMILY & MATERNITY: I’m aware that Jessica Leigh Photography will contact me approximately two (2) weeks prior to our session date to discuss and confirm a session location and again two (2) days prior to our session date to confirm weather. Together, we will make adjustments based on the best opportunity for sun. Jessica Leigh Photography cannot shoot in active rain or heavy snow, but will happily shoot in all other conditions.
NEWBORN: I’m aware that Jessica Leigh Photography will contact me approximately two (2) weeks prior to our due date to check in and discuss the session day. Once baby makes his or her grand entrance, please reach out to Jessica Leigh Photography to finalize a session date. All newborn sessions are tentatively scheduled for the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th weekend following the due date.
SESSION TIME
FAMILY & MATERNITY: Your session time is scheduled according to the best opportunity for light. Please be on site approximately 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time to ensure a full session.
NEWBORN: I’ll arrive at your home by 10:30am. We’ll typically begin the session by 10:45am once I’ve had the opportunity to get acclimated to your home and identify the areas of best light.
RESCHEDULING
Due to the nature of custom photography, there are no refunds. The session deposit, once paid, may be applied to another session date pending mutual agreement.
Jessica Leigh Photography is well aware that situations may arise last minute which may result in the inability to maintain the scheduled date/time. As is customary and respectful, please notify Jessica Leigh Photography as soon as possible if a reschedule is necessary. Fees will not be charged on a one-off reschedule at least 1 hour prior to the session and the deposit will be applied to the mutually agreed rescheduled date.
No shows will forfeit the full session deposit of $150 + tax. If the $400 + tax balance has already been paid, it will be refunded within 5 business days and a new session deposit will be needed to reschedule, if desired.
Session deposits are non-transferable to another party.
COPYRIGHT
I understand that Jessica Leigh Photography owns the copyright to all images captured during our session. I may not edit, reproduce, or otherwise alter the images in any form without prior written consent of Jessica Leigh Photography.
PRINT RELEASE
All digital images delivered in the online gallery in their final edited form are authorized for printing for personal use.
MODEL RELEASE
I hereby give permission to Jessica Leigh Photography to use my likeness, and that of all family members captured in our session, in all forms of media for advertising, portfolio, demo, stock photography, editorial, altering without restrictions, and all other lawful purposes. I understand that I’m entitled to no compensation. I release Jessica Leigh Photography of all forms of claims and liability related to the use of my photos.
ARTISTIC STYLE
I’m aware that Jessica Leigh Photography is capturing my family uniquely. I understand that poses are not guaranteed nor is it expected that we will need to look and act like perfect mannequins. We’re prepared to be ourselves and have a great time!
WARDROBE
Jessica Leigh Photography will answer any questions you may have about the finer details such as jewelry, clothing, hairstyles, etc. but the ultimate responsibility is yours to select a look that best portrays your family’s personality and our chosen location.
SUBJECTS
Only subjects identified in the session questionnaire may attend the session. Jessica Leigh Photography will make every effort to manage cooperation between all subjects, but lifestyle photography often results in more candid and “real” moments.
Extended family, nannies, caregivers, friends, or personal assistants may not attend sessions unless they are written in the session questionnaire as subjects or explicit permission is given from Jessica Leigh Photography prior to the session.
PROHIBITED DEVICES
No photographic, video, film, digital, or recording devices of any kind are permitted during a session unless explicitly authorized by Jessica Leigh Photography.
